Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LEVELONE GmbH & CO. KG, Platanenweg 2-4, 33335 Gütersloh, Telephone no.: 05241 9975740, E-mail address: info@levelonefashion.de) You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the goods within 14 days of processing your return. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
A flat shipping fee is charged per order. This fee applies to the respective delivery/destination country, regardless of the quantity, size, and weight of the ordered items. These fees are non-refundable.
You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period expires. If this period is exceeded without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, the shipment will be returned to you without prior notice.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and free from signs of wear or odors in order to receive a full refund.
Furthermore, all included accessories, extras, and the original packaging must be included in full.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back in full or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
If the goods were delivered in additional outer packaging (e.g., shoes in a box, jewelry/accessories in a pouch, etc.), the item must be returned in its original packaging for protection. In case of loss, the cost of the packaging may be deducted from the refund amount. If the shoe box is damaged during shipping (stickers, tape, tears), the retailer may, under certain circumstances, claim compensation for the diminished value, as the box is considered part of the product.
Information regarding returns from Switzerland
Please note that customs clearance fees may incur additional costs for returns. To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend clearly marking your return as such and including any relevant documents, such as the invoice or order confirmation, in the package.
Grounds for exclusion or termination
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
