HOW RETURNS WORK

Choose the appropriate package size for your return.
Tip: If you're unsure, it's better to go one size larger.
2. Enter address details
Please enter your sender details completely so that your return can be correctly assigned.
Please note: Shipping is only possible within Germany.
3. Pay
Pay for your shipping label conveniently online – e.g. with PayPal or credit card.
4. Print the label
After payment, you will receive your shipping label for immediate download.
Print it out and stick it on your package where it is clearly visible.
No printer? Simply use the QR code at the DHL branch.
5. Drop off the package
Drop off your package at a DHL branch or Packstation within Germany. Done! Your return is on its way.
